01 — AGE POLICY

Guests under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by someone aged 23 or older.

Party K strictly follows UK licensing laws—no alcohol may be consumed by anyone under 18, even when accompanied by a guardian. Anyone found providing alcohol to a minor will be asked to leave immediately.

All guests under 18 must leave the venue by 22:30. After that time, every guest entering the venue must present valid photo ID (passport, UK driving licence, or national ID card). Digital or phone copies of ID are not accepted.

02 — OPENING HOURS & LATE ENTRY

Party K operates two sessions daily:

•⁠ ⁠Daytime: 14:00 – 20:00

•⁠ ⁠Evening: 20:30 – 4:00

The last entry is at 2:00 AM. After this time, no new entries will be permitted.

If your group arrives late, your session time will still end as originally booked. We may resell the room if you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your booking. Please contact us as soon as possible if you expect to be late.

No-shows are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not eligible for credit.

To reschedule or change your booking time, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.

03 — EXTRA GUESTS

Additional guests are welcome, subject to availability and safety limits.

There is a charge of £10 per person per hour.

If a larger room is available, we will be happy to upgrade your booking. If the venue is full and adding more guests would cause overcrowding, we reserve the right to refuse entry. All payments made remain non-refundable.

04 — CELEBRATIONS

We love celebrating your special moments at Party K!

You’re welcome to bring birthday cakes and simple table decorations.

Please note:

•⁠ ⁠Wall decorations, confetti, and confetti balloons are not allowed.

•⁠ ⁠Our team can help set up your decorations, but we do not provide balloon-inflation services.

•⁠ ⁠Candles and sparklers must be used only under staff supervision for safety reasons.

05 — DRESS CODE

Party K maintains a smart casual dress code.

Please avoid wearing:

•⁠ ⁠Sportswear (including team shirts, tracksuits, or jogging bottoms)

•⁠ ⁠Flip-flops or beachwear

•⁠ ⁠Clothing featuring offensive language or graphics

06 — FOOD & DRINKS

Party K proudly serves a range of food and drinks in-house.

Guests are not permitted to bring their own food, snacks, or beverages.

07 — ALLERGENS

Our kitchen handles products containing common allergens. While every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item will be completely allergen-free.

If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please inform our staff upon arrival.
